Accessibility
• My current space is on the second floor, accessible only by an outdoor staircase (18 steps with 2 railings).
• The treatment space is located down the street from Charlevoix metro. This station has escalators but no elevator.
• There is free, no-permit parking on the residential street directly outside the studio.
• There are no animals in the space though service/therapy animals are welcome.
• I speak English and French.
• This is a low-scent environment. The disinfecting wipes used contain a small amount of essential oil. Products containing natural scents are occasionally used in other rooms in the space. The handsoap, hand sanitizer and laundry detergent used onsite are all fragrance-free.
• The massage gel I use is vegan, hypoallergenic and made from plant-based oils. You may also bring your own oil/lotion/gel for me to use if you prefer. Treatment can be done without oil or over clothing/sheets.
•My massage table can safely support up to 350lbs (the listed number is 450lb static weight but this does not account for the added weight of my pressure during treatment). My table is 73″ long (not including the face cradle) and 28″ wide. Arm-rest side panels can be added to bring the width to 36″. Seating options in the intake room are: an armchair and a wide and deep couch.

COVID-19 Protocol
Both client and practitioner will wear masks for the duration of the session. Please arrive to your appointment with a procedural or (K)N95 mask covering your mouth and nose. Procedural masks are available onsite free of charge if needed.
You will be asked to sanitize or wash your hands on arrival.
All contact surfaces are disinfected between every client.
A HEPA air purifier will run in the treatment room throughout every session.
Only one client will be in the space at one time (translators/interpreters, aids and other support people are welcome to accompany clients if needed).
